• Highly competitive selection process, with hundreds of applications and only eight interns admitted into the program. As the applicant, I quickly outgrew my role as an intern. I was given Assistant Project Manager responsibilities in various substantial projects and attended high-level meetings and discussions.
• Managed tasks such as developing and distributing weekly team meeting agendas, tracking and monitoring team assignments and deliverables, attending owner, architect, and client meetings, acting as a liaison between the project team and various stakeholders, and regularly inspecting job sites to ensure that construction was on track.
• Supported the renovation of the 16 E 16th Street Hotel/Members Club, assisted with the initial steps for a six-building demo on Third Ave, completed the MEP/AV/IT bid leveling for NY Life office expansion, completed Gardiner & Theobald's internship program, and earned my 10-hour OSHA safety training certification.
• I regularly inspected the job site for the following properties to monitor the construction progress.
• The Bryant Park Hotel: 40 W 40th St— 57 Units
• Developed and distributed weekly team meeting agendas and recorded all meeting minutes
• Tracked and monitored team assignments and deliverables while actively inspecting the property to monitor construction progress
• Attended owner, architect, and contractor meetings(OAC)
• Acted as a liaison between the project team and the general contractor/owner's representative
• Reviewed and marked-up original contract for improper window installation, which caused severe slab deflection, allowing for immense savings on the project's budget.
• The Surrey | A Corinthia Hotel: 20 E 76th St— Approximately 190 keys
• Attended weekly technical, coordination, pre-construction meetings, and OAC meetings
• Tracked certificate of insurance for various subcontractors
• Tracked operating supplies and equipment(OS&E) and furniture, fixtures, and equipment(FF&E)
• Reported to the owner's rep and project team on construction progress and milestone achievements.

• Attended bid award meetings and weekly owner, architect, and contractor meetings
• Attended meetings with Redeemer's attorneys and neighboring property owners to discuss zoning restrictions, code requirements, and construction progress
• Regularly walked the job site with the general contractor and architect to ensure project progress.
• Supported Pembrooke leadership team, architects, and designers with client meetings; sourced furniture, samples, and fixtures for client presentations and formatted and prepared presentation packages for clients’ approval.
• Positioned myself as a critical asset on many multi-million dollar residential projects
• Assisted, sourced, staged, and oversaw construction on a residential project that was featured in Architectural Digest
• Assisted, curated, ideated, and communicated with vendors to design bespoke pieces upon clients’ requests
• Completed door, lighting, and finish schedules for various projects
• Researched and Sourced bespoke furniture, fabrics, and wall finishes from numerous art galleries, boutiques, and vendors.
• Staged multiple sites and supervised installations for listing photoshoots and client walk-throughs.
